7. NSI Report: Preliminary Assessment: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (June 25th, 2021)
Summary of the Report
This preliminary assessment, produced by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence on June 25, 2021, reviewed U.S. military and government reports of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) from 2004–2021. The report concludes that most UAP likely represent physical objects detected across multiple sensors (radar, infrared, electro-optical, and visual). While a number of incidents were explained (e.g., a deflating balloon), many remain unexplained. Some UAP demonstrated unusual flight characteristics, such as hovering against the wind, abrupt maneuvers, or high speeds without visible propulsion. These phenomena present flight safety hazards and may pose national security risks if they involve foreign adversary technologies or breakthrough aerospace capabilities.
Direct Quotes from the Report:
“Most of the UAP reported probably do represent physical objects given that a majority of UAP were registered across multiple sensors, to include radar, infrared, electro-optical, weapon seekers, and visual observation.”
“Some UAP appeared to remain stationary in winds aloft, move against the wind, maneuver abruptly, or move at considerable speed, without discernable means of propulsion.”
“The UAPTF holds a small amount of data that appear to show UAP demonstrating acceleration or a degree of signature management.”

Abstract: Modern sovereignty is anthropocentric, constituted and organized by reference to human beings alone. Although a metaphysical assumption, anthropocentrism is of immense practical import, enabling modern states to command loyalty and resources from their subjects in pursuit of political projects. It has limits, however, which are brought clearly into view by the authoritative taboo on taking UFOs seriously. UFOs have never been systematically investigated by science or the state, because it is assumed to be known that none are extraterrestrial. Yet in fact this is not known, which makes the UFO taboo puzzling given the ET possibility. Drawing on the work of Giorgio Agamben, Michel Foucault, and Jacques Derrida, the puzzle is explained by the functional imperatives of anthropocentric sovereignty, which cannot decide a UFO exception to anthropocentrism while preserving the ability to make such a decision. The UFO can be “known” only by not asking what it is.
8. Michael J.K. Kratsios - Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) in the U.S. government.
Who/Where: The Director (President Trump’s Science and Technology Advisor) at the Endless Frontiers Retreat, Austin, Texas on April 14, 2025.
Direct Quote: “Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.”
Context: This line appears in a section critiquing national stagnation in innovation since the mid-20th century. The Director argues that America once achieved extraordinary leaps—the Atomic Age, the Space Race, the Internet—but has since lost momentum due to overregulation, complacency, and dependence on cheap labor. It is not clear if the director was making an aspirational quote about tehcnolgocy that can manipulate time and space or if this means that type of technology is currently in the possession of the United States Government. As of now he has not offered clarification on this comment.
9. Marco Rubio - United States Secretary of State
Who/Where: Marco Rubio interview from the trailer for the upcoming movie release called Age of Disclosure.
Direct Quote: “We’ve had repeated instances of something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities — and it’s not ours.”
10. Age of Disclosure Documentary
What is this?: “The Age of Disclosure” (2025) is a documentary directed by Dan Farah that asserts the existence of non-human intelligent life and claims a decades-long global government and military cover-up of evidence and technology of non-human origin. It features interviews with some 34 senior U.S. government, military and intelligence figures, and argues that major nations have been secretly racing to reverse-engineer advanced non-human craft.
A Direct Quote: “I have seen with my own eyes non-human craft and non-human beings.” — Jay Stratton, former head of the U.S. government’s UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) task force.
A few of the 34 officials who go on record in this documentary:
Luis “Lue” Elizondo – Former U.S. Department of Defense official (led the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program).
Jay Stratton – Former head of the U.S. government’s UAP Task Force
Marco Rubio – U.S. Secretary of State (and former Senator) featured in the documentary, discussing UAPs over restricted nuclear facilities.
James R. Clapper Jr. – Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General and former Director of National Intelligence; one of the senior intelligence officials appearing in the film.
Kirsten Gillibrand – U.S. Senator (D-NY) who appears in the film calling for greater transparency on UAP/UFO matters.
This documentary will be released for streaming on Amazon Prime on November 21, 2025
